  • Screen activity during an active AnyDesk remote support session

  • Any files or information shared with our technician during the session
     

3.3 Information Collected Automatically

  • Website usage data and analytics (via Wix and Google Analytics)

  • Browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location

  • Pages visited and time spent on our website

4. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your personal information only for the following lawful purposes:

  • To communicate with you regarding your support requests

  • To process payments and manage billing

5. Remote Access Sessions (AnyDesk)

One IT uses AnyDesk as its remote support tool. The following terms apply to all remote access sessions:

  • Remote sessions are initiated only with your explicit consent. A session cannot begin without you sharing your unique AnyDesk session code with our technician.

  • Our technicians access your device solely for the purpose of resolving the technical issue you have requested assistance with.

  • We do not retain, copy, download, or store any personal files, documents, or data from your device during or after a session.

  • Remote sessions are not recorded by One IT unless explicitly agreed to by both parties in writing prior to the session.

  • You may terminate a remote session at any time by closing the AnyDesk application on your device.

 

AnyDesk is governed by its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We recommend reviewing their policy at www.anydesk.com.

6. How We Store and Protect Your Information

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it, including:

  • Secure, password-protected systems for storing client records

  • Restricted access to personal information on a need-to-know basis

  • Regular review of our data security practices

  • Use of reputable third-party platforms (Wix, Google Workspace, AnyDesk) with their own security certifications

 

While we take all reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

7. Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Trusted third-party platforms necessary to deliver our services (e.g., Wix for our website, Google Workspace for communication, AnyDesk for remote support). These parties are contractually obligated to protect your information.

  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of One IT, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, with equivalent privacy protections applied.
